Autographs of Gary Cooper, Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn + More

While I do enjoy some “vintage” entertainment now and then, how much is the signature of one person really worth? Not as much as 11 people including Gary Cooper, Audrey Hepburn, Cary Grant, Grace Kelly, Gregory Peck, Spencer Tracy, Ingrid Berman, Peter Lorre, Robert Mitchum, Bob Hope, James Stewart, Jack Lemmon, Betty Grable, Anika Ekberg, and Jayne Mansfield I’ll bet. While I do appreciate their work and the greatness of their lives, at a current bid of
$3,490 that’s a bit pricey for me. Although they are famous, is one persons handwriting (some of which can’t even qualify as handwriting) really worth three grand?! Maybe I’m too casual of a fan. Buying their autographs at around $50-100 is probably pushing it, but I’d definitely grab at least one or two of them. I doubt this auction will go anywhere or even be sold, but I’m not so sure that I would bet money on it.
